Use CarBasePro Software for Equipment Rentals and Leases !

While CarBasePro was originally designed for car dealers some of our customers are using our software for heavy equipment rental.  Due to the feedback we have received and additional requests for equipment rental and leasing soft were we are now supporting our software for construction and heavy equipment rentals.

CarBasePro Tracks Customer and Vehicle Data

The CarBasePro "Customer" screen tracks customer activity.  Once you enter your customer's information you'll never have fill in a rental order, manually create rental documents or receipts.  Simply click on a button, and CarBasePro prints them for you.  Sort and locate your customers, add or edit customers, track customer payments and balances and more.  You can also view the customer's running account.  CarBasePro also tracks the last person to edit or add a record so you know who has made changes to your customer data. No more digging for paperwork.  CarBasePro keeps all of the information at your fingertips saving time and money.

CarBasePro Inventory Report Makes Finding Available Equipment A Snap !

This is the CarBasePro "Vehicle Inventory Report" screen. This screen lists your current inventory. Click on the "Current Inventory" button, and view only the vehicles or equipment currently on your lot. The vehicle list can be sorted by any of the column headings. Click on a heading to sort by Year, Model, or other feature. Double click on any piece of equipment and CarBasePro software will return you to the "Vehicle" screen with all of the information for that vehicle or equipment.

Multi-User Version Standard

CarBasePro is multi-user ready right out of the box.  This means you can have your rental salesmen, back office, book keeper and other employees all using the software if they are working at the same location on the same network.  This saves you money by not having to buy multiple licenses.  We do require you purchase an additional license for each additional location.  Multiple copy discounts are available.
